Native plants for a Cape Cod garden

Sir – no worries, your vehicle will be available Tuesday, and you are all set. Now it is Thursday, and I am not set. The finance guy goes missing (granted, some folks did get considerable amounts of snow). They can’t find the documentation (really? What happened to all those photocopies that were made last week?). So maybe it will be tomorrow. Or not. It is somewhat important now that my 11 year old car decided to give up the ghost, for good this time. We had plans to make it to 200,000 miles, that vehicle and I. She thought differently and died 380 miles from the milestone. She might have become aware of the plans set in motion to replace her. She had personality, but holding a grudge, come on… Push comes to shove I can try to work from home again. I could be more productive, I think. Or less aware of the boundaries, maybe. Got that report done on time, but it was 2:30 am before I pulled myself away from that screen. Now, in the midst of putting on the finishing touches on the project and coordinating people and loose ends, the email server goes down. Again – really? Systems and technologies are conspiring against me today. Should have checked the moon signs and the planetary alignments. Maybe I’ll just go with the flow at the speed of whatever. Why fight it? Really.
